| This is the mold after it was removed from the molding box. (The RTV was de-aired in an vacuum chamber before pouring the mold.) Look at the opening at the top of the mold and you can see the depth of the trough. The next step is to key the mold for the top portion of the mold. (Sorry about the burry spot on the picture...) |
