Repairing the Mold |

| In order to remove the master from the mold, it was necessary to cut mold to allow the arm and initiator tube to a path out. After removing the master the cut is repaired by using RTV as glue. Map pins and sewing needle were used to keep the cut in the right position as the RTV cured in the cut. (It is difficult to see the cut which is between the two large notches at the top of the picture.) |
