Pouring the Top part of Mold |

| Pouring the top part of the two mold is pretty straight-forward, pour from one corner until the cavity is filled with RTV. The RTV was de-aired in an vacuum chamber before pouring the top part of the mold. Note the extra containers on the board with the manifold. It is hard to guess how much RTV material is required for a pour, so having extra small mold ready is a good idea for use of any excess RTV. |
