Real Rocket Motor Tube Masters |

| The first step was to disassemble the rocket motor into its components. The nozzles were simple to set-up and cast as two part mold shown in the lower left corner. The rocket tubes were filled with resin so that the tubes would not float in the RTV when the mold is poured. The end of the initiator was filled with "Clean Clay". The tubes were hot glued to a bottle top which was close to the same diameter and then hot glued to the PVC pipe cap like the cap shown on the lower right side of the picture and labeled "20". |
